How easy is it to charge?
Answer :
You can charge the equipment while its fully assembled, or charge it by just removing the battery pack and charging the battery pack. It's quite easy!

How well does this scooter hold up in grass?
Answer :
The Elite Traveller will perform "ok" on the grass. It is not designed to really be a rugged outdoor scooter, and of course it depends on the grass/soil so you might have some concerns depending on the nature of the environment.

Scootaround does not specialize in refurbished models, however in select locations we do rotate our rental equipment out for sale. These locations currently are Seattle, Las Vegas, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. You would have to make an appointment to come in and see what we have at that time.

My concern is if the scooter will tip when he is getting off our driveway has an 4in onto the street.

You need to ensure that you have enough ground clearance, and always be mindful of your surroundings and driving safely.
