Scootaround’s special “Meet & Greet Service” is mandatory if you are staying on Disney properties. As part of this service, we deliver the device directly to you at any Disney World hotel or resort at a time of your choosing. This personalized service allows our personnel to give you an orientation with your rental equipment and ensures you are comfortable using your mobility scooter rental prior to venturing into the parks.

If you are staying elsewhere in Orlando or Kissimmee, we can drop the equipment off at your hotel in advance so it is waiting for you when you arrive.

What is the best mobility scooter model to rent in Orlando?

Where do I store the Orlando mobility scooter when I’m not using it?

Please store the scooter in your hotel room, residence, or Airbnb whenever possible. Transportable and Transportable HD Scooters can fit through most doorways thanks to their thinner width and ability to disassemble. The hotel may also allow you to store the scooter behind the front desk in some instances. Be sure to call your accommodation in advance to determine what will be best.
